Refund policy
We have a 48-hour return/cancellation policy, which means you have 48 hours after placing your order to request a return/cancellation. If a return/cancellation request is submitted after this period, it will be subject to review and approval. All approved returns after the 48-hour period, will incur a 30% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 24 hours of receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sales are final, custom products (such as special orders, special fishes or personalized items). Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift card payments.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to receive the item you want is to return the product you currently have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item
European Hardware
Because these products feature a custom finish and are made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been processed. We encourage customers to carefully review product details, finish selections, and specifications before placing an order to ensure the item meets their needs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
